Wild herbs & crusty bread

Under expert guidance, edible wild plants are collected, supplemented with grain products in the historic mill and processed into a colorful, creative and healthy lunch. Aromatic wild vegetables, freshly ground grain, homemade butter and herbal salt offer a sensual taste experience.
