17.02.2022: Martina Hollenstein Stadler leaves Tourism Engadin Scuol Samnaun Val Müstair AG (TESSVM)

Martina Hollenstein Stadler

The Tourism Director of the holiday destination Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair, Martina Hollenstein Stadler, has decided to resign from her position as of 31 August 2022. After 5 intensive years in her current function and a total of almost 10 years in destination management, she would like to reorient herself.

During her term of office, Martina Hollenstein Stadler and her team were responsible in particular for the development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy and the introduction of a new digital guest card with included public transport for the Lower Engadine and Val Müstair. The past two years were marked by crisis management and communication around Corona. In addition, the tourism expert was strongly committed to the sustainable development of the region, most recently in the context of the TourCert certification for sustainable destinations.

As Ludwig Jenal, President of the TESSVM, informs, the Board of Directors will start the search for a suitable successor in the next few days: "We very much regret the departure of Martina Hollenstein Stadler and thank her already now for her great commitment to the Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair holiday region over the last 5 years."
Martina Hollenstein Stadler is looking forward to the remaining 6 months and is convinced that thanks to the strong team, continuity in the tourism organisation can be guaranteed and a good handover ensured.

This is an official media release from Tourismus Engadin Scuol Samnaun Val Müstair AG (TESSVM).
About the TESSVM
TESSVM is the tourism marketing organisation for the Lower Engadine, Samnaun and Val Müstair. On behalf of the shareholders, TESSVM primarily promotes the demand for tourism offers and services both nationally and internationally. Locally, the TESSVM is responsible, together with all stakeholders, for the communication of offers and guest services in five political communities with over 20 holiday resorts. The organisation with headquarters in Scuol launches and coordinates joint projects with regional partners and service providers and ensures coordination with Graubünden Holidays and Switzerland Tourism. The company, which has a budget of approximately 5.5 million Swiss francs, employs around 40 full-time and part-time staff, including two interns and three apprentices. The Engadin Samnaun Val Müstair holiday region contributes almost 10 per cent of Graubünden's total overnight stays with around 1 million.
Taking responsibility: CSR and three-dimensional sustainability
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the voluntary contribution of companies to sustainable development, whereby the focus is on voluntary self-commitment. In doing so, TESSVM acts according to the principle of three-dimensional sustainability: economic, social and environmental. TESSVM is "climate neutral" in that it strives to reduce its CO2 emissions and offsets the unavoidable emissions through myclimate carbon offset projects. Purchases are made in the region wherever possible and contracts are awarded to local partners. Within the company itself, TESSVM promotes young talent with apprenticeships and internships.
