Details
Description
The second stage of the National Park Bike Tour leads downhill from Tschierv through Fuldera to the entrance of Val Vau. On the first long ascent towards Döss Radond, the forest dominates the landscape. The fascinating rock face with the waterfall as the outflow of Lai da Rims in the south makes the ascent through Val Vau an entertaining and attractive section. From Döss Radond, you reach the very spacious, wild Val Mora and enjoy the relaxed continuation to the Alp of the same name, before the following trail to Lake San Giacomo di Fraéle demands full concentration. At the northern end of the lake, the path soon branches off to the right towards Alpisella, the second pass of this tour. A break at the pass compensates for the effort of the climb as well as the subsequent descent to Lake Livigno.
