The Val Müstair is made for cross-country skiing. Here you can go on extensive tours on cross-country skis in untouched nature. On the sunny restaurant terrace of the Furom cross-country centre you can treat yourself to a little refreshment after a round on the track.

Eight areas have joined together to form this cross-country skiing association and offer a total of 232 kilometres of trails in three countries.
Despite all the special features of these varied cross-country skiing areas, they all have one thing in common: the idyllic solitude of the forests, which still makes the popular Nordic winter sport an individual sporting pleasure in the fresh mountain air, despite the large number of visitors.
