Encounters in the Biosfera Val Müstair
In 2024, the nature park published the book «Allegra! Encounters in the Biosfera Val Müstair». It focuses on people with a strong relationship to Val Müstair. The book was created as a generational project. The portraits in Romansh were written by local high school student Anna Rodigari. She was able to gain her first journalistic experience under the guidance of Susann Bosshard-Kälin, an experienced author who got to know and love Val Müstair during a longer stay. The photographs by Ivan Tschenett complement the texts by showing the people portrayed in their favourite places.

Living and experiencing Romansh
Romansh is the official and teaching language in Val Müstair. Anyone who speaks Romansh is preserving a cultural asset. This is why the Biosfera Val Müstair is committed to preserving Romansh as the main language of the valley. As many publications aimed at the population as possible are published in «Vallader». There is a lively exchange with the Lia Rumantscha, the umbrella organisation of Romansh language associations, and the annual Romansh intensive courses in Sta. Maria are supported.
