Europäische Tage des Denkmals 2026

This year's European Heritage Days on 12 and 13 September 2026 will be entitled "In Danger". On September 11, we invite you to an exciting lecture.
On the weekend of 11 to 13 September 2026, we will celebrate the European Heritage Days at Müstair Monastery with various exciting events.

Our program:

The weekend will kick off with the lecture Klosterarchiv geht online on September 11 at 6:30 p.m. in the Chasa Selm.

On Saturday, September 12 at 3 p.m. in the Chasa Selm, the Val Müstair fire brigade will answer the question What happens if there is a fire in the monastery?.
Afterwards we will celebrate a Gregorian Vespers with the Schola Cantorum Vocetia at 5 p.m. in the monastery church.

The European Heritage Days will conclude with the lecture Earth over Earth - Insights into the history of the excavation work of the monastery of St. Johann in Müstair on Sunday, September 13 at 4 p.m. in the Chasa Selm.
