Guided tour of the church and monastery museum

This guided tour reveals the 1250-year-old world of paintings in the abbey church and gives you an insight into the history and art treasures of the Benedictine nuns of Müstair. The largest and best-preserved mural painting cycle from the early Middle Ages can be found in the abbey church.

Guided tours in SUMMER & AUTUMN 2025

From June 23 to November 2, 2025
Monday to Saturday daily at 11 am & 2 pm
Sunday and public holidays at 2 pm

The guided tour lasts approx. 90 minutes and is included in the admission price.

Monastery museum opening hours:
Weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm | Sundays and public holidays from 1:30 pm.
The monastery store is open daily until 6 pm.
