In the immediate vicinity (about 100m) is a grocery store, a bakery and the post office. A few minutes' walk away is the over 1200-year-old UNESCO World Heritage Site St. John's Monastery. Together with the Swiss National Park, Val Müstair forms the first high alpine UNESCO biosphere reserve in Switzerland. Our region has a very well-developed network of hiking trails, bike paths, tennis court, cross-country ski trails, a small but fine winter sports area, a toboggan run, ice rinks and children's playgrounds.
