Hotel Chasa Chalavaina

First mentioned as a hostel in 1254, the Chasa Chalavaina is one of the oldest hotels in Switzerland - taken over by a foundation in spring 2022 and carefully renovated to preserve its unique charm.
Each of the 18 individual rooms fascinates with historical furniture from different eras, from 16th century treasures to timeless lamps that combine history and elegance. In the historic Arven Gaststube, guests can enjoy the finest local cuisine with regional specialities of the Engadine as well as a hearty regional breakfast.
