Entry/start of the 3km long trail is at the parking lot Buffalora No. 2, Ofenbergstrasse drive towards Passhöhe/Val Müstair, which is about 200m away from the Gasthaus Buffalora. The three loops are groomed for classic technique as well as for skating. This trail was created on a private initiative and is also maintained by a private person. Therefore, it would be desirable if a collection is left at the Inn Buffalora after use.

Among other things, another route will be prepared as a winter hiking or toboggan run.

Take a break while cross-country skiing and admire the fantastic scenery that Buffalora has to offer not only with its unique plain but also with its surrounding snow-capped peaks, some of them 3000m. The imposing Piz Nair stands proudly on the border with the Swiss National Park. Looking towards the OfenPass, the Munt da la Bescha can be seen, to the right of the Ofenpass of the Piz Daint, above the Alp Buffalora the Munt Buffalora.

For a snack there is the possibility at the Gasthaus Buffalora to help yourself with the service of the take-away.

Toilets are also available there.
