Solo recital "The versatility of the clarinet"

On Saturday, December 30, 2023, clarinettist René Oswald will perform in the Ospiz church in Müstair.

In opera and solo literature, the clarinet is often given expressive vocal lines.
For many Romantic composers, the clarinet is the instrument of choice for intimate, virtuoso and vocal passages. In the Romantic opera orchestra, too, it is often given expressive vocal lines. The clarinet is also used in chamber music by composers such as Weber, Schumann, Brahms and Strauss.
