The house has washing machine, dryer, toilet, shower, electric floor heating in the living area, large wood oven also good for baking bread, electric oven, microwave, freezer, large granite cover with 2 sinks, electric hotplates. Bed linen, towels in the house, beds are dressed. The whole house has wireless internet connection. The house is detached, has seating with large table and bench overlooking Fuldera. Access for unloading possible, then park on P square. Castelbel is an oeko house and is operated, as far as possible, with solar energy.

House key receipt/delivery to Mrs. Huder in Lüsai (Tel.081 858 51 65). Inform Mrs. Huder 4 days before arrival.
