Gently renovated old Grisons house, about 350 years old. Large apartment on the 1st floor. Small balcony facing west. Small and quiet lawn behind the house. Very quiet but centrally located. In the entrance area there is a large room with three beds and a bathroom with a washing machine. The kitchen, dining room and living room are heated with a pellet stove. There are enough pellets. In the small bedroom is a heating wall. The bedroom can be heated with a Swedish stove. In addition, it has two gas ovens.

Arrival possible by public transport (train and postbus - www.sbb.ch/home.html) or by private vehicle (parking space available). Check-in/check-out details will be communicated after the booking has been made.
