Individual arrival at Villa Stelvio- 5 pm Welcome and presentation of the course
program-
6 pm 4-course dinner at the Ritterhaus Chasa de Capól near Ramun Swiss
- With tasting of organic wines from the winery of Ursula and Marcello Reichmuth in Piedmont

Saturday:
- Production of simple skin creams with natural raw materials and an oil extract from wild flowers- Guided tour in the historic mill Muglin Mall-

Common 4-course dinner at Villa Stelvio

Sunday:-
Identify, get to know and collect wild plants-
Joint preparation of a wild herb meal in the wood oven of the historic mill Muglin Mall-
Preparation of a herbal salt for home
