Alpkäserei Prasüra

On Alp Präsura, the finest alpine cheese is produced from natural alpine milk in traditional manual work. On the hike to the alp you will learn a lot of interesting things about the alpine life in Val Müstair and the cheesemaker likes to show the old craft. After an alpine dinner it goes downhill again.
