Alpine cheese dairy Prasüra

On Alp Präsura, the finest alpine cheese is produced from natural alpine milk in traditional craftsmanship. On the hike to the alp you will learn a lot of interesting things about alpine life in Val Müstair and the cheesemaker likes to show the old craft. After an alpine meal (included) it goes back downhill.
